Learn about the cultural, musical and spiritual practices around the world, including authors to get to know, and specific songs/rhythms. Hope and Holistic Drum will guide you on a two hour adventure from 1:30pm to 3:30pm featuring a jam, a rhythm, an informational teaching, and a guided meditation, each focusing on a specific culture. This registration is for 4/20, but you can also join us for any of the other Sundays this spring: April 6, May 4 & 18. This is at my home in Pittsburg, although Zoom is also an option.
