Any drum can be played in myriad of ways, so one can imagine the vast amount of possibility that drumming can afford. From the song each one carries, to the person who plays it, the drum amplifies human perception, precision, introspection and sense of rhythm.

Drumming is a fun and rewarding way to learn about oneself and other cultures, as well as to share in community. Holistic Drum promotes the drum and rhythm as a means of en-lightening the whole being, and is dedicated to sharing information about percussion and hand drumming, specifically the rhythms and culture of West Africa.
